Wonderful vintage boots with Victorian appeal in sturdy brown vinyl! These 1960s ankle boots have a line of soutache loops that fool the eye with their faux stitching and applique in a single piece of waterproof vinyl. They have a 1 1/8-inch heel and caramel faux fleece lining. Early 60s with a Mod-meets-antique style.
